• Is Gudog right for my dog?

  We believe all dogs should be cared for by loving sitters providing one-on-one attention, lots of walks, playtime & cuddles. If you are looking for the same for your dog, Gudog allows you to search, find and book the perfect sitter.

• Are Gudog sitters safe?

  We are committed to providing a secure and safe environment for the Gudog community. All sitters go through a strict vetting process with the Gudog Trust & Safety team, with only 15% of applicants ultimately being approved. While Gudog profiles showcase a sitter's experience, qualifications, home environment & surrounding area, as well as ratings & reviews from other dog owners. Bookings made through Gudog are also covered by our Terms of Service protection including Veterinary Care to protect your dog in case of an accident or emergency during any booking.

• Can I meet my sitter before a booking?

  Absolutely! We always recommend organising a meet & greet before a booking. This is an opportunity to view the home environment and meet any resident pets, and to discuss important details such as; diet and feeding routunie, behavioural or medical issues, and exercise schedules, that will ensure a good fit between your dog and the Sitter.

• How do I pay for a booking?

  Once you have found the perfect sitter for your dog Gudog makes paying simple. We accept all major credit/debit cards, SOFORT and Giropay. Your card will be charged once a reservation is confirmed and you can then organise a meet and greet with your sitter before your booking. All Gudog bookings come with a 100% refund at any time up to 3 days before the start of a booking. Never pay with cash! This puts you and your dog at risk and violates the Gudog Terms of Service.

• Can I cancel a booking?

  Yes of course! We understand that plans can change, that's why all Gudog bookings come with a 100% refund at any time up to 3 days before the start of a booking.
